On February 9th, we welcomed the Trainees of the 1st edition of the Geração Caixa Programme 2026.
Throughout this 12‑month experience, Trainees have the chance to discover Caixa from the inside, work as a team, and develop a wide range of skills across different areas, always aligned with our values and objectives.

We have developed a trainee programme thinking of you and that will guarantee you an unforgettable experience. It is 12 months of learning, challenges and opportunities.
